Every bar of Sparrow Soaps goat milk soap is truly handmade in small batches right here in Putnam, Connecticut. We make just 28 bars at a time using goat milk and a blend of olive, coconut, palm and soybean oils. Each batch is hand poured and swirled, cut into individual 5+ ounce bars, then cured for 4–6 weeks before it’s ready for you.

Goat milk naturally contains fats and nutrients that make it a wonderful addition to handcrafted soap. The natural fats help create the rich, creamy lather our customers love, while our blend of plant-based oils creates a bar that cleanses and leaves skin feeling soft and comfortable. Our soaps are handmade with goat milk and plant-based oils, and we offer a variety of options with different fragrances, essential oils and added ingredients. If you’re sensitive to fragrance or a particular ingredient, check the ingredient list for the individual bar before using it. We always recommend discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

We take pride in that as it means our bars have properly cured but there are a few factors to consider, How long your bar lasts depends a lot on how you store it. Handmade soap loves to dry out between uses, so keep your bar out of standing water and use a draining soap dish whenever possible. Giving your soap plenty of airflow between showers will help you get the most life out of every bar.
